An instrument.

Broken Pattern is a single instrument operated by a single handler. It exists because the diagnosis most entities buy is a description of what already happened, delivered by people standing too close to the position to see its constraints. The work here is the inverse: model the conditions, name the validators, mark the fault before it opens. Johannesburg is the operational base — terrain that breaks early and in public, where the signal arrives well ahead of the consensus.
